01 — THE COMPANY

Built around
structured review.

Pecunia Solutio Limited is a UK-registered company. This website concept presents a proposed framework for reviewing institutional payment enquiries and coordinating the information typically required for bank-authorised transactions.

The framework prioritises legal entity checks, transaction purpose, verified bank instructions, and defensible evidence of actual settlement. It does not imply that Pecunia Solutio is a bank, a regulated payment institution, or an HSBC affiliate.

02 — AREAS OF FOCUS

From complexity
to control.

Illustrative workstreams for a transaction review — each subject to corporate authority, applicable regulatory permissions, and approval by the banks involved.

01

Transaction Assessment

Establish commercial purpose, counterparty identity, currency, amount, documentary requirements, and execution responsibilities.

SCOPE & DOCUMENTATION ↗
02

Banking Channel Review

Confirm the institution, beneficiary name, account eligibility, payment method and any required authorisations directly with the bank.

ACCOUNT & CHANNEL VALIDATION ↗
03

Execution Coordination

Align approved instructions, authorised operators, banking windows, reference numbers and exception-handling contacts.

CONTROLLED COORDINATION ↗
04

Settlement & Reconciliation

Match authenticated bank advices with actual beneficiary credits before any contractually agreed onward payment.

RECEIPT & AUDIT TRAIL ↗
03 — TERMINAL-TO-TERMINAL

Understanding
the T2T concept.

“Terminal-to-terminal” describes a proposed interaction between transaction endpoints. It is not, by itself, a universal bank payment rail, a guarantee of funds, or proof that two institutions can directly transfer a bank balance.

01

Endpoints are not settlement

Device identifiers, IP addresses and technical connectivity must never be treated as evidence that money has moved.

02

Bank instructions are essential

Payment execution and authorisation must occur through a legitimate channel made available by the relevant bank.

03

Credit must be confirmed

Any payout or onward distribution depends on the legal agreement and independently confirmed availability of cleared funds.

04 — TRANSACTION PROCEDURE

A disciplined path
from inquiry to settlement.

Select a stage to see what should be verified and documented. This is a proposed due-diligence framework, not instructions to bypass normal banking controls.

STAGE 01 OF 06

Identity & authority

Before exploring any transfer method, establish who the parties are and whether each person giving instructions is authorised to do so.

REQUIRED EVIDENCE
  • Corporate registration and current status
  • Directors, beneficial owners and authority to sign
  • KYC/KYB and source-of-funds documentation

07 — FREQUENT QUESTIONS

Questions,
answered clearly.

Clear distinctions between technical connectivity, bank instructions and actual settlement help protect every participant.

Is a terminal ID proof of banking authority?+

No. A terminal ID or network endpoint alone does not prove the sender's authority, an authorised bank relationship, an account balance, or a completed payment. Ask the bank to verify the relevant transaction channel.

Can a T2T connection guarantee instant settlement?+

No. Execution and clearing times depend on the actual authorised payment system, bank checks, currency, time of day and beneficiary institution. A connection test is not a settlement receipt.

How are payments and distributions handled?+

Authorised payment instructions should be executed via official banking channels. The beneficiary bank must confirm cleared credit. Any onward distribution should then follow a valid agreement and applicable compliance controls.

Does Pecunia Solutio operate an HSBC Hong Kong terminal?+

The documents reviewed do not independently establish such a relationship or terminal capability. Direct confirmation from HSBC Hong Kong and relevant corporate representatives would be required.

What if a document mentions private IP addresses, ports or release codes?+

These are not substitutes for bank authentication or payment confirmation. Do not transmit credentials, one-time passwords, or sensitive access materials through intermediaries or an unverified website.

Is Pecunia Solutio a regulated financial institution?+

UK incorporation alone does not establish financial-services authorisation. Check the FCA Financial Services Register and confirm any relevant permissions independently before entering into a regulated transaction.
